ABOUT ME

7.jpg
Tracey Coulson - Shamanic Practitioner, Drum & Rattle Maker

My interest in approaches to healing and shamanic practice, goes back long into my childhood.  It was always there.

I remember in the house I grew up in, looking out of my bedroom window at night talking to the stars like they were my friends, and how I would chat to spiders and the huge willow tree in our garden.

For quite a few years now I have been remembering that feeling of connection, exploring what it is, what it means, and how important it is to our states of well-being.  Over the years on my own healing path of discovery I've trained and worked with many practitioners.  Family Constellation workshops with Shavasti; meditation with Amita Shakti, a 3 year program 'Walking the Shamans Path' with Patricia White Buffalo, following which I met my current Shaman, teacher, and dear friend, Stacy Keast, with whom I have continued my shamanic practitioner training and enjoyed a few years of support teaching for her program.

I am profoundly grateful for absolutely every experience; every single lesson I have learned and every teacher I have had contact with.  I hold Mother Earth essence and work closely with her.

My Soul Song Story

Finding my own Soul Song, began first with me finding my own unique vibration.  A note I located with my voice during an afternoon of healing on a beach, with my two dear friends Stacy and Suzie.

I had been diagnosed with bowel cancer which catapulted me into a deep healing process.  I received this healing opportunity with open arms, and immediately saw it as a gift.  That does not mean however, that it wasn't still a big challenge for me, my family and my friends.  It was, very much so.  But, in a way, it was what I had been searching for.  Of course the route to the answer came in a package I would not have chosen, but that's kind of how this all works.  We are challenged, and we either shift, or we don't.
