MEDICINE WHEEL OF CONNECTION
This weekend retreat will take you deep into exploring the four directions and the four elements, and to learning more about how to work in ceremony. You will create your own Personal Medicine Wheel of Connection and other sacred tools to be in divine unity and develop self healing and supportive ways of being that will evolve with you.
Taking inspiration from the Medicine Wheel traditions, being inspired by them, we will learn how to unlock support, guidance and healing from the Spirit world around us in a way that is unique and personal to us, teaches us more about ourselves and brings us to a deeper sense of wholeness and sovereignty. Taking us back to love, honoring and gratitude of ourselves, and all that is.
Tools we will use:
Journeying, Sound, Meditation, Movement, Writing, Drawing, Drumming, Voice.
You will leave with:
Visual Wheel of Connection, your own personal ceremonial prayers, healing stones and an understanding of how to use them, a deep connection with your Wheel, understand how to open and close space for others and yourself, have deepened your understanding of your core essence, and used your voice as a tool for connection.

DRUM BIRTHING WORKSHOPS
Birth your shamanic drum via the portal of your heart. Immersive day birthing your own medicine drum.
On this group shamanic drum birthing day, the maximum number of participants will be 5. I will work with you to support you making your own unique medicine drum.
We will connect via journeying and ceremony to the spirit of the deer and your new incoming drum soul. Working to birth your new drumming partner via the portal of your own heart.

I provide all the materials you require, including sticks for the beaters. However, if you have a stick you have collected that you would like to use for the beater, please do bring that along. If you would like to include a crystal or stone in the rear of your drum, please bring this with you, I suggest something around 4cm ish in size. Also, if you would like to include plant allies in your soaking waters, to infuse those energies also, please do bring some along. Whatever you feel calling, to come in on that day, is welcome.

You will be working with the skins, to cut out your circle and strings, make the holes, then lace up the drum. The whole process is yours from beginning to end. ​
This will be a truly beautiful day spent connecting with yourself, Spirit and your new shamanic drum. A day of co-creation, love and sharing.
We will work with sustainably sourced deer skins from Scotland.
£300 per person including all materials

GIFT OF JOURNEYING
A one day workshop spent exploring how to move into an altered state of consciousness in order to journey with your shamanic drum.
On this day I will take you through the basic fundamentals of journeying safely. Connecting with your sacred space, power animals, guides and personal protection.
We will then embark on more exploratory journeys, during which you will each take it in turns drumming for the group if you wish.
We will share what we discover and learn from each other, held in a fully supported and safe place.
At the end of the day you will go home with a wonderful new life skill that you can turn to for support, guidance and knowledge for the rest of your life.

CONNECTING WITH THE ELEMENTS
This one day workshop is focused around delving deeper into your core connection with each of the 4 elements, Earth, Wind, Fire and Water. Many of us are aware of them, work with them, or refer to them, but may not perhaps have really explored them for ourselves or deeply connected to them.
The principles of 4 elements (along with the 4 directions) are fundamental basics in many spiritual teachings. They feature in many cultures and their medicine wheels. Connecting to nature; the world around us, was as important as breathing to our ancestors.

During this one day workshop we will explore each of these 4 elements using journeying, drawing & music meditation.
By the end of the day you will hold a strong understanding of what each element represents to you, and how you can communicate with them. You will have developed your own words and ceremony to connect with them, work with them, and give thanks and gratitude to them. Deepening your connection to Spirit, deepens your connection to your own core being.

SHAMANIC RATTLE BIRTHING WORKSHOP
During this one day workshop you will make at least 2 shamanic rattles. One from scratch, and one part prepared by me. There will be an abundance of materials to select from. We will carry out journeys to connect with the energies coming in.
If you wish to bring specific items that you would like to include such as a crystal, feather, piece of wood, please do bring it with you.
Join me on this guided day to create your own totally unique shamanic, sound healing rattle's. Rattles are similar to drums, in that they hold their own energy, vibration, essence.
Shamanic rattles can be used for healing, ceremony, energy work, sound healing, joyful play....
These days are filled with so much fun. laughter and connection!

SACRED TOOL BIRTHING WEEKEND
SHAMANIC DRUM AND RATTLE BIRTHING
​This weekend we will spend immersed in co-creation with spirit.
Connecting and crafting to bring forward our own shamanic drum and rattle, both made from the same skin.
Day one, we will birth a shamanic drum and cut and stitch the head for our rattle.
Day two, now the rattle heads will be dry, we will complete the rattle and make a beater for our drum.
You will leave with two beloved and completely unique sacred healing tools.
I work in a ceremonial way, honoring all. I will begin the course with a blessing. We will open and close circle together, journey together and create together.
I invite you to join me on what will be an incredible weekend of discovery, enlightenment, wonder and joy!

HEALING WISDOM OF THE DRUM
I decided to create this 3 day course as I feel there is so much untapped potential in shamanic drumming. The incredible healing potential that drumming brings to our hearts, bodies and souls is now pretty well documented. So, let's bring that out of theory and into practice! So we can fully embrace, embody and drum in joyful knowledge and confidence!
With the rise in demand for drumming and drumming circles and ceremonies in general, respecting and understanding the energies we are working with and the potent healing power of the shamanic drum is very present.
Over this weekend you will learn how to become one with your sacred drum. To strengthen your heart to heart connection, to work intuitively and with intention to heal yourself, friends, clear space and land.
This course is suitable for novices and experienced energy workers looking to integrate drumming into their practice.

Wow! It’s really hard to put into words the magic that Tracey creates in her space. She is so deeply connected but so human at the same time. She has a special way of sharing her knowledge through her experience in an authentic way where you feel so deeply held and supported. The depth of her knowledge and passion for her work is so apparent in all that she does and how she shows up. What an honour it has been to spend time with her and I will definitely be doing more workshops in the future.. magic!

Thank you for your guidance and help today in finding my Soul Song! I learned so much and discovered a lot about myself and journeying. I loved your energy and authenticity. All I can say is, we definitely unlocked something in me because I can’t stop singing. And there are also different sounds or some chanting/mumbling that tries to come out every time I do any spiritual or energy work, like reading cards or reiki.
